Dear Vendor:
The Southern New Mexico Pride Planning Committee, which consists of representatives from the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered community and its allies, are currently looking for vendors for our 2008 Southern New Mexico Pride Parade and Picnic.
Our event will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on June 21, 2008 at Pioneer Women’s Park in Las Cruces. The day includes a walking parade around the Downtown Mall leading to a picnic celebration that includes entertainment, speakers and vendors. Our picnic celebrates and embraces the diversity within the City of Las Cruces.
We would like to invite you to be one of our select vendors to set up a table or booth providing information about your organization or merchandise to sell. Last year, we had over 50 vendors participate in our event and an estimated 650 attendees. This year, we anticipate more vendors and a record-breaking crowd!
Booth fees are $10 for all vendors selling goods, and $5 for vendors distributing information only. All booth fees support the operating expenses Southern New Mexico Pride. We cannot accept booth reservations after June 14. Donors/Sponsors are exempt from booth fees.
For those with a booth in which food items are to be sold, please make sure your food permits are current with the New Mexico Department of Health Environmental Division.

- Please note that all booth requirements, including tables, chairs and portable shades or coverings (such as EZ-ups or tarps) are the responsibility of the vendor.
- Donors/Sponsors are exempt from booth fees.
